SECOND: I give and bequeath to Rev. Father James Gallagher of Valleyfield, P.Q., Canada, the sum of Twenty five dollars for the purpose of saying masses for the repose or my soul, and to the Priest in charge of St Bridget's Roman Catholic Church of Trout River, N.Y. the sum of five dollar; for the same purpose, THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to my grand-niece Gertrude Rogers daughter of Joseph Rogers the sum of Fifty Dollars. FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of the property of which I may die seized, both real and personal, of whatsoever name and nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my niece, AGNES McCAFFREY, of Constable, New York, in fee simple, absolute forever. LASTLY, I hereby appoint my friend, EDWARD D. DOLAN, of Trout River, New York, sole Executor, without bond, of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, and I hereby give and grant unto my said Executor full and complete power and authority to mortgage, lease or sell any or all of the real estate of which I may die seized, the same as I might do were I living.
