I, Edward C. Walsh of the town of Moira in the County of Franklin and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say: FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. SECOND.- I give, will, devise and bequeath to my daughter in law, Agnes Walsh, the use and income of my house and lot in the village of Moira in the town of Moira, Franklin County N.Y. until her youngest child reaches the age of 15 years. I hereby give to Joseph Walsh, my executor hereinafter named direction and authority to look after and care for said house and until said child reaches the age of 15 years of age, at which time I direct, authorize and empower him to sell, deed and convey said house and lot for the best price he can obtain therefor and the proceeds of said sale is to be divided equally between my legatees hereinafter named in this will. THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath $100.00 in cash to Lillian Walsh, daughter of my son, Joseph Walsh. FOURTH:- I give, devise and bequeath $100.00 in cash to Margaret Walsh Kernan. man. FIFTh: I give, devise and bequeath $100.00 in cash to Mary Walsh Melvin. SIXTH: I give, devise and bequeath to the three children of my deceased son, John Walsh, by name William E. Viola and John Walsh the sum of $1OO.OO to be divided among them share and share alike. SEVENTH: The rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every sort, kind and nature I give, devise and bequeath to the legateee herein above named share and share alike forever. LASTLY, I hereby appoint Joseph Walsh, and he shall not be required to give bonds executor of this, my last Will and Testament: hereby revoking all former wills by me made. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name the 2nd, day of March in the year One thousand nine hundred and Seventeen Edward C. Walsh. We, whose names are hereto subscribed, DO CERTIFY, that on the 2 day of March 1917 Edward C.
