Last will and testatment of Emily Orrey.  
     In the name of God, Amen. I, Emily Orrey of the Town of Broadalbin in the 
county of Fulton and the state of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do 
make, publish and declare this, my last Will and Testament, in manner
following, that is to say:
     First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
     Second: I will and bequeath to my daughter, Mary Ann Halloran, all of my 
household furniture of every name and kind, jewelry, wearing apparel and 
bedding, and this bequest shall include all of my personal property of every 
description except money.  By the word money, I intend to include notes or
other securities and cash, where ever it may be in the bank or elsewhere.
     3rd:  And all moneys, notes, securities or cash of which I may die 
possessed, I will and bequeath to my three daughters namely, Mary Ann
Halloran, Sarah Lyons and Fannie Kennedy, the same to be equally divided
between them share and share alike and to be theirs and their heirs forever.
     4th:  The name of my son Edward Orrey, I purposely omit from the
provisions of my will for the reason that I have given him in my lifetime
enough to make him equal with the other childrens.  I also direct that my
Executrix furnish a suitable burial for my remains and provide a casket at a
cost of not less than $75.00 (seventy five dollars) all of which must be done
before any of the bequests named here are paid.
     Lastly, I hereby appoint my daughter Mary Ann Halloran executrix of this, 
my Last Will and Testament: hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
     In witness thereof, I have hereunto subscribe my name the eighth day of 
May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

     We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do certify, that on the 8 day of
May 1902, Emily Orrey the testator, subscribed her name to this instrument in
our presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our 
presence and hearing, declared the same to be her last Will and Testament, and 
requested us and each of us, to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the 
execution thereof, which we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of 
each other, on the said date and write opposite our names our respective
places of residence.
