Ellen C. Brown of Rockwood [Ephratah], NY

I, Ellen C. Brown, of Rockwood, in the town of Ephratah, County of Fulton and
State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, to hereby make, publish and
declare this my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say:

I do give, bequeth, and devise all my property, both real and personal unto my
nephew Edwin E. Brown of Johnstown, N.Y. to have and to hold unto himself, his
heirs and assigns forever.

I do hereby nominate and appoint my said nephew Edwin E. Brown the sole
executor hereof.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of
October in the year one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
