Last Will and Testament of Jesse Hall
I, Jesse Hall, of the city of Gloversville, County of Fulton and state of New 
York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish and declare this 
my last will and testament, in manner and form following, that is to say:

First: I direct to the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses.

Second: I give and dequeath unto my daughter, Nellie E. Hall and her heirs and 
assigns, the sum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars.  I give this specific legacy 
to my daughter, Nellie E. Hall, because my daughter May W. Ketchum has received 
from me at least the sum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars in excess of what has 
been received by my daughter, Nellie E. Hall.

Third: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, with real, personal and 
mixed, and wheresoever situate, I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my 
daughters, May W. Ketchum and Nellie E. Hall and to their heirs and assigns 
share and share alike.  Likewise, I make, constitue and appoint my said 
daughters, May W. Ketchum and Nellie E. Hall to be executrices of this my last 
will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 12th day of March, 
1912.  Jesse Hall
Witnesses were William A. MacDonald, Gloversville and Jane M. Peck, Gloversville

Additional Comments:
According to his death certificate, Jesse Hall was born January 28, 1836 in 
England and died December 16, 1912 in Gloversville, NY.  Informant was Mrs. Fred 
Ketchum, Admsterdam, NY  
According to other sources, Jesse Hall was the s/o William Hall and Susanna 
Beckley.  He was born in Charlbury, Oxfordshire, England
