Last Will and Testament of Phillip Cool

Know all men by these presents that I Phillip Cool of the town of Oppenheim in
the county of Fulton and State of New York considering the uncertainty of this
life and being of sound mind and memory do make, declare and publish this my
last Will and Testament.

First, I give and bequeathe unto my beloved wife Emily C. Cool one thousand
dollars in liue of her dower rite. I leave this to her choice if she will take
the above mention some or her dower rite if she takes her dower rite then I
give her one hundred and fifty dollars instead of the abov mention some.

Second, give and bequeathe to my daughter Margret Ann Cook one thousand
dollars to have and us therein her natural life and if thare is anething of
the above some left then it is to be devided equley betwene her children.

Third one half of the above metion some is to be paid to those by my executors
hereinafter named within one yeare after my decease and the other halfe within
two years after my decease.

Fourth, I give and bequeath to my son Marcus the rest and residue of all my
personal and real to have and hold forever after my sickness and funeral
expenses is paid.

Fifth, I do nominate and appoint my son Marcus Cool to be the executor of this
my last Will and Testament.

In testimony whereof I have this my last Will and Testament I have here
subscribed my name and affixed my seal this eight day of April in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety five.

Signed, sealed and published by the said Phillip Cool as and for his last Will
and Testament in presence of us who at his request and in his presence of each
other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.
