B., Little Falls, dealer in agricultural implements, etc, Mary Street, Little Falls, is a native of Manheim. His father is a farmer, and he spent his early years on the farm, just outside the corporation limits of Little Falls, having been all his life interested in farming. He first branched out into the mercantile field as a dealer in hay carrier business. From this he developed into a full agricultural implement business in 1881. He began in a moderate way, and has met with great success, and does a large trade. He carries a very full and complete line of all kinds of farm implements. In politics he is a Democrat, and is a member of the Royal Arcanum and the Home Circle. Mr. Cook's great-grandfather came from Wallingford, Conn., about 1800, and the family have resided in this county ever since. M. B. Cook also owns a creamery and farm in Madison County, and operates one farm in the town of Manheim. His wife was Kate Waters, daughter of S. J. Waters, and they have one daughter three years of age.
