His father came from Massachusetts in 1792. In 1829 Mr. Fenner married Rhoda Ann Harvey, and they had five children, three of whom survive. Mrs. Fenner died in 1882. Mr. Fenner is the oldest living resident of Fairfield, and has voted at every presidential election since 1825. His brother, Joseph Fenner, was a soldier at Sackett's Harbor, and in the War of 1812. Our subject is the owner of a farm of 200 acres and a herd of forty-five cows.
