Author: Hardin & Willard

Jones, Henry D, Winfield, was the first manager of the milk station called 
Cedarville, and started the business in 1889. They make both butter and 
cheese. The milk is bought here of the farmers and shipped to the proprietor 
in New York city. Henry D. Jones married Lillie C, daughter of Mrs. Eliza 
Hayes of Unadilla Forks. Henry Jones makes both butter and cheese.
