In 1876 he came to Little Falls and worked at his trade of carpentering for some time. In 1882 he began business in the planing-mill now occupied by him, which mill has the dimensions of 100 x 100 feet, and in which he does a large and successful business. He also deals in lumber. In 1886 Mr. Little married, and has two children. He is a Prohibitionist and a member of the Presbyterian church. He belongs to several societies.
