Author: Hardin & Willard

Montgomery, E. D., was born in Winfield, Herkimer county, N. Y., and received a
good education in the schools of that vicinity. In 1890 he took charge of the 
Park house, between Mohawk and Herkimer, where he does a regular hotel 
traffic. He is a pushing and thorough hotel proprietor and is very popular 
with the traveling public and his house is largely patronized by a large class 
of the residents of Mohawk and Herkimer, as well as by the general public.
