ALBERT M. FULLER. Mr. Fuller acknowledges as his native State, New York, where he was born in Herkimer county, Dec. 25, 1847. In infancy he first came to Meadville, Pa., remaining till 1863, when he returned to New York State, locating near Canandaigua. Meanwhile he had acquired an academic and commercial education. In the spring of 1870, for the second time, he came to Meadville, when he engaged in the dry goods business with H. Saeger. The following year Mr. Saeger retired from the firm, Mr. Fuller continuing the business till the present. In 1874, becoming interested in the efforts making to unite and strengthen the growing dairy interests of Northwestern Pennsylvania, he was elected President of the State Dairymen's Association, in which capacity he served four successive terms. While continuing in the mercantile business, In 1879, he joined himself with Leon C. Magaw and established a commission house for the purpose of handling the dairy products of this section.
