Author: Hardin & Willard

Small, Fred I., Little Falls, is a native of Herkimer.  He graduated at Yale, 
in 1867, and in 1869 took his degree in Columbia College Law School.  He was 
admitted to the bar at the General Term in February, 1869, and commenced 
practice in New York city.  In the summer of 1871 he came to Little Falls, 
where he is now practicing his profession.
