Author: Hardin & Willard

Staring, Philip, Little Falls, one of the leading farmers of Little Falls, was 
born in Herkimer, but has lived in this town nearly all his life.  He owns 
ninety-eight acres of land, utilized entirely for grass and dairying 
purposes.  He keeps fifteen cows, is a young, unmarried man and is full of 
enterprise.  He is a Democrat in politics.
