Enlisted: Syracuse, N. Y., September 17, 1917.
Died: U. S. A. C. T. Ticonderoga, September 30, 1918.
Cause: Died when vessel was torpedoed by enemy submarine.
Next of kin: Mother, Nettie Critser, East Jefferson Street, Little Falls, N. Y.
