"State of New York, Herkimer County 
To wit: Be it remembered, that on the Twenty ninth day of October in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty five, the Last Will and
Testament of Israel Loomis late of the town of Warren in said County, deceased
was presented before me Nathaniel S. Benton Surrogate in and for the said
County, for the proof and registry thereof which is in the words following:

This Last Will and Testament of Israel Loomis of Warren in the County of 
Herkimer and State of New York. I Israel Loomis considering the uncertainty of 
this mortal life and being of Sound mind and memory/ blefs be Almighty God for 
the same/ do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and
form following, that is to say, 

First, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Irene Loomis all my personal
estate money, bonds, notes, amounts in goods and chattels of what kind and
nature soever for and during her natural life. I also give and devise unto my
beloved wife Irene Loomis all that mefsuage or tenement situate lying and
being in the Town of Warren aforesaid together with all my other freehold
estate whatsoever to hold to her the said Irene Loomis for and during her
natural life. 

I also will and order that after the decease of my beloved wife that the heirs
of the body of my Second Daughter Irene Cheesman shall receive all that
messuage or tenement of mine joining the lands of Robert Bush, the turnpike
road, and Weavers Lake Containing two acres of land in the town, County and
State abovesaid to hold to these the said heirs of the said Irene Cheesman d
and there heirs forever which I do herby give and divese unto them to have and
to hold forever. 

I do further give and devise unto my eldest son Israel Loomis, my eldest
daughter Dimis Kelley,  my second son Dudley Loomis the natural heirs of my
Second Daughter Irene Cheesman and to my youngest son Alford Loomis All that
my messuage or tenement situate lying and being in the Town County and State
above mentioned together with all my other freehold estate whatsoever / except
that above mentioned as given to the heirs of Irene Cheesman / equally to be
divided between them/ the heirs of my daughter Irene Cheesman to take only the
share or one fifth which would have been their mothers/ to hold to them the
said Israel Loomis, Dimis Kelly, Dudley Loomis the heir of the body of Irene
Cheesman and Alford Loomis their heirs and afsigns forever. 

I also give and bequeath to my son Israel Loomis, my daughter Dimis Kelly, my
son Dudley Loomis, the natural heirs of my daughter Irene Cheesman, and my son
Alford Loomis all the rest, residue and remainder of my personal estate money,
bonds, notes, accounts, goods and chattels of what kind and nature soever
equally to be divided between them after the decease of my beloved wife and
the heirs of my Daughter Irene Cheesman to receive the one fifth of all or
their mothers share. 

I do hereby appoint appoint my son Israel Loomis and my son in law Israel
Kelly Executors to and of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all
former wills by me made. In witnefs whereof I have here unto set my hand and
seal the twenty fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and twenty.

Signed, Sealed, published and declared by the above named Israel Loomis to be 
his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed 
our names as certifies in the presence of Testator. Denison Tisdale, Anna 
Tisdale, Sarah E. Loomis

State of New York, Herkimer County
To wit: Be it remembered that on the Twenty ninth day of October in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five, personally came and 
appeared before me Nathaniel L. Benton Esquire, Surrogate in and for the
County of Herkimer, Denison Tisdale who being duly Sworn upon by oath declared
that he saw Israel Loomis deceased, Sign and Seal the annexed written
instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of him the said Israel
Loomis, deceased, being date the Twenty fifth day of February in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty, and heard him the said Israel
Loomis publish and declare the same as and for his last will and testament.
That at the time thereof later said Israel Loomis deceased was of a sound
disposing mind and memory to the best knowledge and belief of the said Denison
Tisdale, and that the name of the said deponent subscribed to the said will is
his own proper or hand writing which he subscribed to the said Will in the
presence of the Testator and in the presence of Anna Tisdale and Sarah A.
Loomis who severally and respectively subscribed their names thereto as
witnefses in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each other
and in the presence of of this deponent.
          Before me Nathaniel S. Benton Surrogate 

The Foregoing is a true copy of the Last Will and Testament of Israel Loomis 
Deceased and of the Certificate of the proof thereof.

Additional Comments:
I have copied this as written. The places where the word is repeated were
words that were repeated in the text.
