Frances G. Aldridge
probated: 27 Aug 1877

I, Frances Aldridge of the town of German Flatts, County of Herkimer and State
of New York and being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and
publish this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say.

First. I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my
estate and all my debts be paid.

Second. I give and bequeath to my son Frank Aldridge all of my Estate of
whatsoever kind or wheresoever situated and the whole & the same either real
or personal except as hereinafter mentioned.

Third. In the even of my said son Frank Aldridge dying without legal heirs of
his body direct (one word unreadable) descendants then I give devise and
bequeath out of my said estate so devised the sum of one thousand dollars to
my sister Sarah Gillette.

Fourth. And lastly I hereby nominate constitute and appoint John F. Hosch of
Mohawk in the County of Herkimer sole executor of this my last will and
testament & hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 6th day of April
1876.
