X page 395 Written: December 14 1885 Recorded: April 23 1888 Thomas C. Waite In the name of God Amen: I, Thomas C. Waite now living in the town of Little Falls, Herkimer County and State of New York, at the age of seventy one years and being of sound mind and memory Do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following: First, I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid. Second, I give the sum of all my property real and personal to my beloved wife Dorcas P. Waite during her natural life and if any more shall be necessary for her happiness and can afford. I authorize my executors herein a quote named and their successors to expend as much from the Principal of my Estate as my said Wife shall determine to be necessary to supply her wants. Third, I give bequeath and devise all the rest and remainder of my property Real and Personal to my son Charles H. Waite of the city of Watertown N.Y. and to my daughter Minnie F. Taylor of Little Falls N.Y. share and share alike. And lastly I nominate and appoint my said son Charles H. Waite and my said daughter Minnie F. Taylor the executors of this my last Will and Testament. I hereby revoke and cancel all former Wills or Wills and Testaments or Testaments by me made and I hereby declare this to be in place and stand thereof.
