Burlingame & Irene his wife & Lucy Cory of Jefferson County, State of New York of the first part, and Alonzo Burlingame and Ann his wife of the ? place of the second part, WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part; for and in consideration of the sum of $350 dollars, to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, aliened and quitclaimed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien and forever quitclaim unto the said parties of the second part in actual possession now being, and to their heirs and assigns forever, ALL that certain piece or ? of land lying and being in the town of Brownville, County of Jefferson and State of New York aforesaid, and is situated in the 47th West and 23rd North Ranges of Beaverland? (my note-not sure if Ranges of Beaverland is correct. Hard to read.) and is lot No. 6 of the division of the Estate of Asahel Burlingame and heirs bounded as follows towit: Beginning at and from stake and stones in the West line of lot No. 4 of said division and at the North East corner of lot No. 7 in said division, then along the West lines of lots No. 4 & 3 in said division. North 6 chains and 68 links to an Ironwood stake and stones at the South East corner of lot No. 5 in said division; then along the South lines of said lot No. 5 West 53 chains and 23 links to a red cedar stake and stones on the shore of Lake Ontario; then along the shore southerly 7 chains and 68 links to a red cedar stake and stones at the North West corner of said lot No. 7; then east 3 chains to a red cedar stake and stones; then North 1 chain to a red cedar stake and stones; then East 50 chains and 30 links to the place of the beginning containing 35 83/100 acres of land-together with all and singular, the hereditaments and appurtenances there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and all the estate, rights, titles, interest and demand whatsoever, of the said parties of the first part, either in law or equity.
