She had been confined to bed for about six months. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 at the home. Rev H.W. Schab of Corning, former pastor of the Free Methodist church, and Rev Earl Habecker, pastor of the church, will officaite. Place of burial was undecided today. The body was removed to the O.B. Reed funeral home and will be returned to the family home tonight at 7. Mrs. Card was born Aug 14, 1900 at Collins Bay, Ont., a daughter of Andrew and Lucy Bridge Howie. She was educated in the schools of that section and came to this country in 1919. She resided in this city and then at Richland. She was married to Charles Card of this city Oct. 20, 1920, at the home of her parents at Rutland by Rev C. E. Cristman, then pastor of the Free Methodist church of this city. Since her marriage she had been a resident of this city. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church. Surviving her, besides her husband, are her mother, Mrs. Lucy B Howie, Harrowsmith, Ont.; a son, Noble R Card, seaman, second class in the US Navy, now at sea; two brothers, Arlington Howie, Harrowsmith, and Noble Howie, city; and two sisters, Miss Dorcas M Adsit, Rochester, and Mrs Harold (Iva) Folts, Mendon, NY.
