I received these from the Historical Association of South Jefferson, so the date and newspaper

  Mrs. Anna Waite, widow of George Waite, died suddenly Wednesday night about 11 o'clock from
heart disease, aged 66 years.  She was a prominent member of the Adams Methodist church. She is
survived by two children, Mrs. George Adams and Fred B. Waite, both of this village.  The
funeral was held from the family room at 2 o'clock Fri- day afternoon, Rev. A. C. Danforth,
pastor of the deceased, officiating. Burial in Rural cemetery.
