"In the name of God Amen

I Almarine Buskirk of the Town of Clayton, Jefferson County, New York being of
Sound mind and memory, Do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament in manner following That is to say.
                                                                             
First
I direct that all my lawful debts be paid and Funeral Expenses
                                                                              
Second
After payment of my debs and Funeral Expenses I give devise and bequeath the
use of all my property both Real and personal to my wife Lucinda Buskirk. To
have and to hold the same and the ___ issues Interest income & profits thereof
For and during her natural life.
                                                                               
Third
After the death of my wife Lucinda Buskirk I give and devise and bequeath all 
the said goods real and personal mentioned in the Second Clause of this will
to my children Mary Johnson wife of James Johnson Ida said wife of George F.
Snell Abby Hutchenson wife of Miles Hutchenson Theodosia Calhoun wife of
Joshua Calhoun all of Fertile North County Iowa. Celestine Vodra wife of
William H. Vodra Jasper A. Buskirk both of Clayton Jefferson County, New York.
Jesse N Buskirk and Dora Beckwith wife of Hiram Beckwith both of Orleans,
Jefferson County, New York share and share alike Except that the share of the
property given to my Daughter Mary Johnson shall be charged with the payment
of the sum of Twenty Five Dollars which sum of Twenty Five Dollars shall be
paid after the death of my wife to the children of my deceased son Joel L.
Buskirk share and share alike.

Fourth
I give and bequeath to the children of my deceased son Joel L. Buskirk the sum 
of Twenty Five Dollars mentioned in the Third Clause of this will to be paid
by my Daughter Mary Johnson after my wifes death and which is made a charge
upon the property given my said Daughter Mary Johnson.
                                                                              
Fifth
I hereby constitute and appoint my good wife Lucinda Buskirk and my son in law 
Hiram Beckwith to be the eceutors of this my Last Will and Testament hereby 
revoking all Former wills by me made.


In witness wherof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Ninth day of
January in the year one thousand Eight-hundred and eighty.
