Kenneth Regan, a former regional president and vice chairman of the Bank of New York, died Sunday at his Conklin Terrace, East Hampton, residence. Mr. Regan, who was born Nov. 15, 1907, in Brooklyn and lived for many years in Valley Stream, Rockville Centre, Garden City and Huntington, had moved to East Hampton in November. He had also worked for the New York Curb Exchange, later known as the Stock Exchange, and for Valley Stream National Bank. He retired in 1973. Mr. Regan was active in the Catholic Charities organization UpIsland, was a board member of Mercy Hospital in Rockville Centre, president of the Friends of Mercy, a service organization at the Hospital, and sat on the board of the Salvation Army Wayside Home in Valley Stream. He is survived by his wife, Isabella, nee Martin, and son, Msgr. Dennis M. Regan of the Immaculate Conception Seminary in Huntington. A mass was celebrated yesterday at St. Patrick's Church, Huntington. Burial followed at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury.
