From the John & Mary Lewis Family Bible, copied in 1943 by Mollie Ogilbee Ault of Ohio...

John Lewis, born 1801, April 4th, in Lester(Leicester,Livingston Co.)Township, Ontario Co..York State. 
He died Jan 29th, 1888, at the age of 87 years at Businessburgh, Oh(Belmont Co.)

Nancy Eastwood Lewis, Born 1811, July 21st in Hamilton Co., near Cincinnati, Ohio.
She died Feb 17th 1896 at the age of 84yrs., six months at Businessburgh, Oh.


They were married in 1828, May 29th.  (Belmont Co., Oh)

To this union were born the following children:
