1 Dec 1830 MASTERTON URE?, and JOHN GORDON by their attorney JOSEPH FELLOWS by order of 
a power of attorney and satisfaction to him from ROBERT TROUP the attorney of the said MASTERTON 
UNO and JOHN GORDON bearing date 13 December 1830 of the first part the said ROBERT TROUP by 
the said JOSEPH FELLOWS his attorney of the first part aforesaid of the second part and LUCY wife of 
THOMAS MARSH, ANNA wife of ISAAC SKEELS, ROXANNA widow of HENRY STEVENS 
deceased, ELECTA wife of ROBERT TOWNSEND, ACHSAH, wife of NATHAN W. ADAMS, SAMUEL 
EGGLESTON, AMBROSE H. EGGLESTON, ELIZA EGGLESTON, ANSEL EGGLESTON AND 
EVELIN EGGLESTON children and heirs at law of SAMUEL EGGLESTON late of Springwater, county 
of Livingston, State of New York, deceased of the third part for $344?, parcel of land in Township Number 
7 , 5th range of Township in the town of Springwater, County of Livingston , distinguished as Lot 147 
containing 99 acres, excepting  partnership? and always reserving the north 30 acres of said Lot to be 
bounded on the south by a line running across the lot parallel with the North line thereof reference being had 
to the plan annexed.   "party of the third part their heirs and assigns for as tenants in common and not as 
joint tennants" "Covenant of warranty or title of premises against a sale of the same or any part thereof for
