EGGLESTON and ABIGAIL his wife, ELIZA EGGLESTON sold to AMOS ROOT of Springwater for $550 a parcel of land in the town of Springwater being the undivided eight tenth part, the whole unto ten parts, equally to be divided of the farm lately owned and possessed by SAMUEL EGGLESTON deceased and conveyed from the Lima Land Office to the heirs of the said SAMUEL EGGLESTON it being 55 acres off from the south east part of Lot 147 in township 7 fifth range or Township.
