10 Feb 1832 THOMAS MARSH and LUCY his wife, ISAAC SKEELS & ANNA his wife, ROXANNA 
STEVENS, ROBERT TOWNSEND and ELECTA his wife, NATHAN W. ADAMS and ACHSAH his 
wife, SAMUEL EGGLESTON and LURANIA his wife, AMBROSE H. EGGLESTON and ABIGAIL his 
wife, ELIZA EGGLESTON sold to AMOS ROOT of Springwater for $550 a parcel of land in the town of 
Springwater being the undivided eight tenth part, the whole unto ten parts, equally to be divided of the farm 
lately owned and possessed by SAMUEL EGGLESTON deceased and conveyed from the Lima Land Office 
to the heirs of the said SAMUEL EGGLESTON it being 55 acres off  from the south east part of Lot 147 in 
township 7 fifth range or Township. "They are seized of the premeses above conveyed as of a good sure 
perfect absolute indefeasible estate of inheritance" Signed ROBERT TOWNSEND, ROXANNA 
STEVENS, ELECTY TOWNSEND, ISAAC SKEELS, ANNA SKEELS, AMBROSE H. EGGLESTON, 
SAMUEL EGGLESTON, LURANIA EGGLESTON, THO. MARSH, LUCY MARSH, NATHAN W. 
ADAMS, ACHSAH ADAMS, ELIZA EGGLESTON.  Witness WILLIAM SLADE, LEVI ROCKWAY. 
15 Feb 1832 SAMUEL EGGLESTON and LURANIA his wife and THOMAS MARSH and LUCY his wife 
appeared before WILLIAM SLADE, commissioner of  Deeds, MICHAEL SOLLYER?, clerk Cayuga 
County.
5th Marth 1832 ISAAC SKEELS and ANNA his wife, ROBERT TOWNSEND and ELECTA his wife, 
NATHAN W. ADAMS and ACHSAH his wife, ROXANNA STEVENS and ELIZA EGGLESTON 
appeared before JOHN W. BARNES, Livingston County  Commissioner of Deeds.
1 Jan 1833 AMBROSE H. EGGLESTON appeared before MARTIN HOPKINS, Livingston County
