22 Sep 1834 ANSEL EGGLESTON of Springwater, county of Livingston sold to AMOS ROOT for $69 a 
parcel of land in said town of Springwater being more particularly described as being the equal undivided 
tenth part of 69 acres and being the south 69 acres of Lot 147 in Township 7 fifth range of township in said 
town of Springwater being the equal undivided ninth part of 69 acres of said land conveyed by a deed for 
MASTERTON URE?, JOHN GORDON & ROBERT TROUP by JOSEPH FELLOWS, their attorney 
bearing dated 31 December 1830 to the several heirs of SAMUEL EGGLESTON then deceased . He is 
seized of the premises above conveyed as of a good sure perfect absolute and indefeasible estate of the
