The Last Will and Testament of Sarah H. Dutcher

I Sarah H. Dutcher of the town of North Dansville, Livingston County, N.Y., being
of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare this my last
Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say:

First. I will and direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
out of my personal property.

Second. I give and devise to my children Delia Dutcher and Wesley M. Dutcher, the
house and lot where I now reside, in the Village of North Dansville, New York,
together with all other real estate of which I may die seized + possessed to be
used and enjoyed by them as joint tenants, until the death of either of them, and
upon the death of either the title in fee simple, to vest absolutely in the
survivor.

Third.  All the rest, residue and remainder of my personal property after the
payment of debts + funeral expenses, I give and bequeath to my daughter Delia + my
son Wesley M. Dutcher to be used and enjoyed by them jointly, + upon the death of
either, such property as may remain to become absolutely the property of the
survivor.

Fourth.  I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter Delia as executrix; my son
Wesley M. Dutcher as executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former Wills by me made.

In Witness thereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 2nd day of June 1887.
