FIRST my Will is, that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by me executors hereinafter named, be paid out of my estate, as soon after my decease as shall by whom be found convenient. SECOND I bequeath to my executors the sum of five hundred in trust to pay over the same, as soon as it shall be collected after my decease, to the person who when the same shall be payable shall act as Treasurer of the Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, to be applied to the uses and purpose of said Board, and under its direction and the receipts of the said Treasurer shall be a full and legal acquitance of my said Executor for the same. THIRD To the Trustees of the Board of Domestic Missions of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America and their sucessors and assigns, I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to be held by the said Trustees and their succesors forever, to and for the uses, and under the direction of said Board of Domestic Missions of the said General Assembly according to the provisions of their charter. The above to be paid is the above mentioned Trustees as soon as it shall be collected after my decease. FOURTH I give and to my four nieces Jane, Margaret, Catherine and Jennet the daughters of my brother John Mallock, to each one them twenty dollars. FIFTH To each one of the children of my brother James Malloch, vis: Jane, Catherine, Caroline, James, Mary, Elizabeth, Margaret and John Calvin I give and bequeath twenty dollars. In addition, I give and bequeath to Margaret, the above mentioned daughter of my brother James, my coverlet which has my name woven in it, on of my feather beds, one pair of linen sheets, one pair of pillows and pillow cases, one pair of my best blankets and my blue and white bed quilt, all the above to be of the best that I have. SIXTH all the rest and residue of my estate real, personal and mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed, or is which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, and also the interest which shall accrue on debts due to me is to the time of their being paid in to my executors, I give , devise and bequeath to be equally divided into four shares One share for my sister Jennet One for my sister Isabel One for my sister Catherine And the other to be equally divided between William Fraser and Jane Fraser, the son and the daughter of my sister Jane Fraser, deceased. LASTLY I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother James Mallock of Wheatland and Daniel C McPherson of the same town to be the Executors of my last will and Testament. In Witness Whereof I the said Margaret Mallock have to this my last Will and Testament, subscribed my name and affixed my seal this twenty eight day of December, in the year of our lord, on thousand eight hundred and sixty three.
