I, Marion Malloch of York County of Surrogate and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make and ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say: FIRST After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath to the Trustees of the Synod of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of both America (old xxx) the sum of fifteen hundred dollars in trust to be used by said trustees or to be rewarded by them at their discretion and the income from such (endowment ) to be used for the following purposes, to wit: 1.600 dollars if said sum to be used and devoted to the Foreign mission under the control of said trustees 2.300 dollars of said sum to be used and devoted to the Southern Mission under the control of said trustees 3. 300 dollars of said sum to be used and devoted to the Chinese Mission under the control of said trustees. 4. 300 dollars of said sum is to be used and devoted to the (susteulahai) Fund of the said Reformed Presbyterian Church. SECOND After the payment of my lawful debts and said sum of 1500 as xxx by the foregoing first item of this my will, out of the xxx or the proceeds of the xxx or the evidence of debt of which I may die possessed, I give and bequeath all the rest, come due and remainder of my xx monies recounter or other evidences of debt to my executors hereinafter names in trust to divide or to collect and divide the proceeds devised therefore as follows to wit: To deliver or pay to James Mallock of Pulaski, State of Michigan one fourth To Pay to deliver to my sister Elizabeth Mallock of Schnectady , NY, one fourth To pay or deliver to George D Malloch and M. A Malloch of Schenectady, NY each 1/8th part thereof And to William Malloch son of my deceased brother John Malloch, late of Michigan, the remaining 1/4 th thereof. THIRD: I give and bequeath to Donald McColl of Xenia, Iowa my Henry's Commentary in six volumes. FOURTH: I give and bequeath to A M McColl of Xenia, Iowa my Origin and History of the Books of the Bible by Stowe and also my double scarlet and white bed-spread. FIFTH: I give and bequeath to Clara McColl of Xenia, Iowa all my silver spoons SIXTH: I give and bequeath to Marion McColl of Xenia Iowa one bed quilt and one table cloth SEVENTH: I give and bequeath to Charles E. McColl of Xenia, Iowa one blue and red woolen coverlet. EIGHTH: I give and bequeath to J . A. McColl of Xenia Iowa my (crape) shawl. NINTH: I give and bequeath to Marion McVean of Leroy NY my double bedstead (slxx-tick), my xx xxx bed, two sheets, two blankets, one quilt , one pair pillows, one bolster and two pairs pillow covers TENTH: all the rest, residue and remainder of my property and effects, of (xx) name or nature, consisting principally of furniture and clothing, I give and bequeath to Catherine McVean of Leroy, NY. All the children of William B Wooster and Anthony M Wooster the said property is to be divided among part legatees by my executors hereafter named, assisted by Mary Dow and Jane Axxx according to their discretion. ELEVENTH: In case of the death of my said sister Elizabeth Malloch, before my decease, it is my will and I hereby direct my said executors to divide and pay over the sum or share provided for my said sister by the recent items of this my will to my nephews and nieces who shall survive me, share and share alike. I (xx) constitute and appoint William B Wooster and Anthony M Wooster of Leicester, Livingston County surrogate of New York to be executors if this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made.
