Fell (petitioner) residing at Clinton NY, John A. McQueen residing at Vernon Center NY, Alexander McQueen residing at Lowell NY, Marion Moore residing at Clinton NY and George McQueen residing at New Lisbon Wis. All of whom are of full except said George McQueen who is a minor upwards of 14 years of age. Surrogate, in his office in the village of Morrisville in said county on the 22nd day of December AD 1884 to attend the probate of said will and on said last mentioned day Walter Stewart was duly appointed a special guardian for the said George McQueen for the protection of his interests …. I, Lachlin McQueen of the town of Eaton county of Madison state of NY mindful of the uncertainty of human life do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner following: First-After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give first, direct and bequeath to my daughter Margaret L. Fell all the rest residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal for services to me rendered and for the care and support of my wife Anna McQueen. Second, I hereby nominate and appoint my son John McQueen and my daughter Margaret L. Fell the executor of this my last will and testament.
