I further give my said wife all the housing furniture that came to me by her. I do with and order that a share me made as good to her as I was wehen it came to me Avid is my wife and I give and bequeath to my said wife three hundred and fifty dollars and the house furniture to be her proper estate at her disposal for ever and with the other gifts I gave her in lieu of and in consideration of her right of dowery power of thirds. I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Deborah ROGERS daught of Thomas ROGERS JR. deceased forty acres of land at the north of my home farm with the apportanances and privileges hereunto belonging to her and her heirs. I advise give and bequeath to my two sons James ROGERS and JOhn ROGERS all the remainder of my howm from where I now live to them their heirs and assigns forever. I give to my said to the profits of the said forty acres given to Deborah ROGERS untill she is eighteen years of age. I order to my sons to pay to my five daughters namely Anne, Elizabeth, Amy, Mary and Hannah one thousand dollars lying east of Samuel DYE's land ------- Richard DYE's land and running south to the south line of the lot number forty one. I further give to my grand son Rupert? DYE forty acres of land lying next to Richard DYE's land and to the cust line of said lot and down to the south line of the same as to make forty acres and the remainder that I own to Elizabeth DARROW, Further I give to my ----daughters Mary BURDICK and Hannah GORTON and my grandson Hoxie GORTON all the land that I own in the lot numbers fifty nine in the nineteenth township equally to be divided among them according to quarterely and probity. It is further my will that if either any of my daughters and sons of my daughtersif they should leave no heir ---- of them in that case then the said land shall return to my heirs or otherwise to be to them and their heirs and of ---- ---- estate of heritance. Further I give and bequiesth unto five of my Daughter Zeriviah's children namely Stephen DYE, Richard DYE, Thankful DYE and Susannah DYE fifty dollars a piece. I further expplain my with that is to say that the thousand dollars given to my five if the provision made for my wife support to be and done by my two sons out of what I gave them. But the three hundred and fifty dollars to my wife and the fifty dollars apiece to my five grandchildren, before named, which is the children of my daughter Zeriviah DYE late the wife of Richard DYE decesased shal be paid by my executors hereafter names out of my estate. I give my remaining apparel to my two sons. Then after all my debts and funeral charges and lawyers are paid the remaining of my estate to be equally divided among my heirs. I appoint my two sons James ROGERS and John ROGERS my executors to this my last will and testament hereby, revoking all former wills by me made. In witness thereof I have hereuntofore set my hand here the twenty sixth day of May in the year of our lord Eighteen hundred and two.
