James Luke Ratigan

J. Luke Ratigan of Churchville, Monroe County, who died Mar. 28, 1945, left a $31,269 net
estate, of which $26, 998 was personal property held jointly with his wife, Mrs. Effie b.
Ratigan, the transfer tax appraisal reveals, Mrs. Ratigan executrix, received a total of $30,
755 and two daughters and a son inherited$171.00 each.  Obit in the Times Union Oct. 12, 1946.
