I William H Rich of the Town of Ogden County of Monroe and State of New York, 
being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will
and testament in manner following that is to say:

First:  I give devise & bequeath all my estate real & personal & mixed of
every name and nature whatsoever to my beloved wife Elizabeth B Rich her heirs
& assigns forever.

Lastly I do hereby nominate, constiture & appoint my beloved wife Elizabeth B 
Rich sole executor of this my last Will & Testament, hereby making all former 
wills by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eight day
of July in the year One thousand eight hundred and forty nine.
William H. Rich

The above instrument was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published & 
declared by the said testator William H. Rich as and for his last will and 
testament in the presence of us & each of us who at his request and in his 
presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed out names hereto
as witnesses.
