Record of Will  - Henry ROHR

I, Henry Rohr of the city of Rochester, County of Monroe, and State of
New York, acknowledtge this as my last will and testament, aned I do by
this my last will and testament give devise and bequeath unto my wife
Mary Rohr all my real and personal property of whatever name and nature
be, be held by her absolutely. I also give unto my wife all my rights
and ?? in action and all my equitable interests and I hereby appoint my
said wife Mary Rohr as Executrix of this my last will.
I do hereby cancel all former wills by me made. Given under my hand and
seal this seventh day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand
eight-hundred and seventy-six.

SURROGATE COURT

It appearing upon the proofs duly taken in respect to the Last Will and
Testament ofHenry Rohr, late of the City of Rochester in the County of
Monroe and State of New York, deceased, that the will was duly executed
and that the said Henry Rohr at the time he executed the same, was in
all respects competent to devise real estate, and not under restraint,
the said Last Will and Testament and the proofs and examinations are
hereby recored, signed and certified by me, persuant to the provisions
of the Revised Statutes, this twenty-third day of October A.D. 1876.
