Record of Will
In the name of God, Amen!
I, Jacob DeVos, of the City of Rochester, county of Monroe and State of New
York, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make,
ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

First:  After all my just and lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, 
devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Clara I. DeVos, all my estate both
real and personal of which I may die seized and possessed or to which I may in
any manner whatsoever be entitled at the time of my decease, to have and to
hold the same unto herself and her heirs forever.

Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my said wife, Clara I. DeVos, to be
sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former
wills by me made.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 
eighth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 
eighty.

The above foregoing instrument, consisting of little more than one page was at 
the date thereof subscribed by Jacob DeVos, the testator, in the presence of
us and of each of us, and at the same time declared by him to us to be his
last Will and Testament, and we thereupon at his request and in his presence
and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses thereto at
the date thereof.
