Secondly= I direct my executor to expend from my estate the sum of two hundred dollars to purchase a burial lot in the New Catholic Cemetery on Lake Avenue North of the City of rochester - and also to expend from my estate sufficient amount to buy a head stone to place on said lot not exceeding the sum of two hundred fifty dollars - Thirdly = I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved four children viz.: Thomas Buckley - James Buckley, william Buckley and Catharine Burns all of Rochester excepting my said son William Buckley who is supposed to be in Mexico all of the rest and residue of my estate each to share and share alike to their and their heirs for ever whatever amount may after my death be received from my pension. I direct my executor to use as necessity requires to pay the taxes and interest which may be due on my real estate and if any amount thereof is left it is to go into the general fund for distribution or to pay my debts. The foregoing bequests I make a charge upon my real estate. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my nephew Dr. Charles Buckley of Rochester aforesaid - with full power to sell any and all of my real estate of every kind and whereas situate to be executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In witness Thereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the thirty first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred eighty four.
