I, James Cosgrove considering the uncertainty of this mortal ife and being of sound mind and memory (Blessed be God for the same) do make and pubish this my Last will and Testament in manner & form following, that is to say. First. I give and bequeath to my wife Mary one half of all my property real and personal both in the United States and in the provinces of Canada and particularly of the monies due me for any property hertofore sold by me. And the remainder to be equally divided between my two children Ellen and Bridget and to be kept for their use forever. And I do hereby appoint and constitute Robert Lyme of the City of Rochester my sole Executor of this my Last will & Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
