De Neve, of the City of Rochester, County of Monroe and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do, therefore, make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, that is to say; First, after all my lawfull debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Jane Lusink DeNeve, all and singular, my real estate, personal property, choses in action, cash, credits, and interests of every name and kind and wheresoever the same may be at the time of my decease, to have and hold the same to her, her heirs and assigns forever. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my said wife Jane Lusink DeNeve to be executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
