I Daniel Miller of Penfield, Monroe County, New York, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make. ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say. First, After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give devise and bequeath to my wife Sophia Miller the use of all my property real and personal to be enjoyed by her so long as she shall live. Second- At the death of my said wife I give and bequeath to each of my three children Peter Miller, Martha E. Miller, and Anna E Miller the sum of five dollars. Third- All the rest residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Andrew W. Miller. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my son, Andrew W. Miller to be sole executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
