Randolph aware of the uncertainty of life do make, ordain, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say: After the payment of my funeral charges, the expense of administrating my estate, and my lawful debts, I give devise and bequeath my property as follows. First. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Joseph, and to my daughters Salina M Knapp and Frances Trimble each the sum of Three Thousand Dollars. Second, {My grandson Lynn Randolph having become a cripple for life} I give devise and bequeath unto him the sum of One Thousand Dollars. Third. I Benjamin H. Randolph retain from my estate the sum of One hundred Dollars for the purpose of fencing my burial lot and keeping said lot in repair. Said One hundred Dollars to be used for the above stated purposes by the executor of my Estate. Fourth. I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate to my grand children now living or who may be living at the time of my decease to be divided equally between them share and share alike. Likewise, I make constitute and appoint George A Wiser of the Town of Webster County of Monroe, State of New York to be executor of this my Last Will and Testament, herby revoking all former Wills by me. In Witness Whereof, I have here unto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the twenty eighth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and eighty-two B. H. Randolph The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Benjamin H Randolph in our presence and acknowledged by him to each of us and he at the same time declared the above instrument so subscribed to be his last Will and Testament, and we all at his request, have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in his presence and in the presence of each other, and written opposite our names our respective places of residence.
