The Last Will and Testament of

Mary J. Connolly of the City of Rochester County of Monroe and State of New
York.

I, Mary J. Connolly aware of the uncertainty of life, do make, ordain,
publish, and declare this may last Will and testament, in the manner and form
following, that is to say:

After the payment of my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my
estate and my lawful debts, I give, devise and bequeath my property as
follows:

First: I give devise and bequeath all my property of every kind and nature to
my sister Lucy Mooney in trust for our respective children. to be used for
their support and education as in the judgement of my sister shall seem
proper. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint William E. Edmonds of the
City of Rochester Monroe County New York to be executor of my last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In the witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal, the Sixteenth day of December in the year of our lord, one thousand
eight hundred eighty-nine.
