Connolly aware of the uncertainty of life, do make, ordain, publish, and declare this may last Will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say: After the payment of my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate and my lawful debts, I give, devise and bequeath my property as follows: First: I give devise and bequeath all my property of every kind and nature to my sister Lucy Mooney in trust for our respective children. to be used for their support and education as in the judgement of my sister shall seem proper.
