PRESTON OF THE Town of Webster, County of Monroe, NY, being 72 years of age, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of the frail and transitory life do therefore make, ordain, and publish this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say: First: After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath to my daughter, Delia Preston, all of my personal property and household furniture of every name, nature and kind whatsoever to have and to hold in her own right forever.
