All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.org/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.org/ny/nyfiles.htm ************************************************ Source: SAMPUBCO photocopy Monroe co NY Will Book Volume 45, page 287 Written: April 18 1885 Record of Will The Last Will and Testament of Celina Ainse of the City of Rochester County of Monroe State of New York I, Celina Ainse aware of the uncertainty of life, do make, ordain, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say; After the paymentof my funeral charges, the expense of administering my estate, and my lawful debts, I give, devise and bequeath my property as follows; First; All my real and personal property of whatever name and nature and whensoever situated which I may have or may be entitled to at the time of my decease, to my sister Josephine Morancy in trust nevertheless; to and for the purposes following namely, to be used - her in the care comfort, maintenance and support of my father John Ainse and my Mother Josephine Ainse, both and either so long as they shall live, and for their burial after death. Second, If any there shall be left remaining of my said property and estate after the discharge of the foregoing then such rest - and residue, I give, devise, and bequeath two-thirds (2/3) of it to my sister Josephine Morancy wife of Peter Morancy. And the remaining on third (1/3) to be divided in equal shares between my sister Rose Goyott wife of Joseph Goyott, and my brother Joseph Ainse to have and to hold the same their heirs and assigns forever. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my sister Josephine Morancy of the City of Rochester, County of Monroe and State of New York to be executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
