Rich of the town of Ogden County of Monroe and state of New York Mindful of the uncertainties of human life do make publish and declare this my last will and testament as follows. First after the payment of My Just debts and funeral expenses I give devise and bequeath to my husband James F. Rich all my estate of any kind Real or personal, but from out of my said estate he shall Suitably provide so far as may be Consistant for the care and support of my children. Second I hereby nominate and appoint my said husband James F. Rich the Executor of this my last will and testament hereby empowering him the said Executor to Compound Compromise and settle my claim or demand which may be against or in favor of my said estate. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of February 1890.
