Vander Have of the city of Rochester, County of Monroe, State of New York. I, John M. Vander Have, aware of the uncertainty of life, do make, ordain, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following, that is to say: After the payment of my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate and my lawful debts, I give, devise and bequeath my property as follows: First;- I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Jacoba, the certain lands and premises I own and which are more particularly described in the certain deeds recorded in Monroe County Clerks office, one of which is recorded in Liber 184 of Deeds at page 289 and the other in Liber 421 of Deeds at page 492, and also all and whatever right, title and interest I may have therein at the time of my death, for my said wife to have and to hold the same for herself and her heirs forever. I also give, devise and bequeath to my said wife all and whatever other real property I own at the time of my death, for her to have and to hold the same for herself and her heirs forever. I give, devise and bequeath to my said wife all my money and other personal property of whatever kind and nature, for her to have and to hold the same absolutely and forever. It being my intention that my wife shall have all of my property absolutely. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my said wife Jacoba W.P. Vander Have to be executrix of my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the twenty sixth day of November in the year of Our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight. J.M. Vander Have The above written instrument was subscribed by the said John M. Vander Have in our presence, and acknowledged by him to each of us; and he at the same time declared the above instrument, so subscribed, to be his last Will and Testament; and we, at his request, have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in his presence and in the presence of each other and written opposite our names our respective places of reseidence.
