I, Charles Buckley of the city of Rochester County of Monroe and State of New York being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say: First = = = After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath unto my wife Julia Buckley all of my property both real and personal and the rents issues and profits thereof for and during the term of her natural life, and from and after the decease of my said wife, I give and bequeath my said property, both real and personal, unto my two daughters Mary Buckley and Julia A.
