KEENEY Of the City of Rochester, County of Monroe and State of New York. I, Mary A. Keeney, aware of the uncertainty of life, do make, ordain, publish and declare this my last will and testament int the manner and form following, that is to say: After the payment of my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my estate and my lawful debts, I give, devise and bequeath my property as follows; First: I will, devise and bequeath all my property, both real and person to my beloved friend Matilda B. Crane of the City of Rochester, N.Y. absolutely and to heirs forever. Likewise, I make constitute and appoint my friend Cassius C. Davy of Rochester, N. Y. with full power to mortgage, sell and convey any or all of my estate to be executor of my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 18th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one. Mary A. Keeney, deceased MONROE COUNTY, SS City of Rochester Hattie Baldock and Mabel K. Croft being first duly sworn in open Court, each for himself doth depose and say, that he is a subscribing witness to the last will and Testament of Mary A. Keeney late of the City of Rochester in the County of Monroe and State of New York, deceased. And these deponents do further say, that the said Mary A. Keeney deceased, did, in the presence of each of these deponents subscribe her name at the end of the instrument in writing, which is now here shown to the deponents, and which purports to be the last Will and Testament for th said deceased and which bears date on the 18th of April one thousand eight hundred and ninety one. That the said deceased died on or about the 7th day of January 1893 at Rochester aforesaid, as deponents are informed and believe. That the said deceased did, at the time of subscribing her name to the said instrument, as aforesaid, declare the same to be her last Will and Testament; and these deponents did thereupon subscribe their own respective names, at the end of said instrument, as attesting witnesses to the execution thereof, each at the request of said deceased, and in her presence and the presence of each other. That the said deceased, at the time of so subscribing her name to said instrument as aforesaid, and publishing said instrument as aforesaid, was of full age, and a citizen of the United States; that she appeared to be, and deponents believe she was, of sound mind, memory and understanding, and not under any restraint, and as deponents verily believe, in all respects comptenent to devise real estate; that each of these deponents saw the other sign his name to this said instrument, in the presence of said deceased. Keeney late of the City of Rochester in the Count of Monroe and State of New York, deceased, has upon due proof, been this day admitted to probate by the Surrogate’s Court of said County of Monroe, as a will valid to pass real and personal property; which said last Will and Testament, and the proofs taken thereon are recorded in the office of the Surrogate of said last mentioned County. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my had and Affixed the seal of said Surrogate's Court at Rochester, In said County, this 17th day of November in the year one Thousand eight hundred and ninety-three J.A.
