DePlaa of Rochester County of Monroe and State of New York, aged 72 years, do make, ordain, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following to wit: First, after all my just debts, funeral expenses and the expenses of the administration of my estate are paid, I give, devise and bequeath an undivided one fourth (1/4) part of all the property of which I may die seized or possessed unto my daughter, Susan Stecher, in trust however for the purpose of using the same to pay the premiums on the policy of life insurance on the life of my husband, Bastiaan DePlaa, during his lifetime and at his death, what shall remain of said one fourth (1/4) part of my estate, to be equally divided among my three children, Susan Stecher, Sophia Goosen and Joseph DePlaa, share and share alike. Second, I give, devise and bequeath the remaining three-fourths (3/4) of the property of which I may be seized or possessed unto my said three children, Sophia Goosen, Susan Stecher and Joseph DePlaa to be divided equally among them, share and share alike, to have and to hold unto themselves and their heirs forever. I make, constitute and appoint Abraham Goosen Jr. to be executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 21st day of December, in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Five. Johanna P.
