I, Walter Barhydt of the city of Rochester do make & publish my last Will & Testament as follows viz: First. I give & bequeath unto my wife Sarah Barhydt all my household furniture of every kind or description for her personal during her natural life and after her death, I give & bequath the same to my daughter Margaret Barhydt. Second. I give & bequeath all the rest, residue & remainder of my personal estate, goods & chattels, choses in action & every other species of personal property to my two sons Lewis and Jacob Barhydt, equally between them, share & share alike, but after paying all my just debts & funeral expenses, I bequeath out of the personal property so bequeathed to said Lewis & Jacob, to my said daughter Margaret the sum of one thousand dollars to be paid to her as soon as the same can be convieniently realized. Third. I further bequeath to my said wife all monies now in Rochester Savings Bank, placed there by me either in my name or our joint names. The bequest of one thousand dollars aforesaid, to said Margaret, I hereby declare a charge & incumbrance on the bequest to said Lewis & Jacob Barhydt aforesaid.
